The Opportunity
Dynamo Infotech, a leading SAP Development and Implementation Partner, is seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP Support Consultant to join our team in Kadapa, A.P. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of our clients' SAP landscapes across multiple key functional and technical areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience as an SAP End User or Domain Expert, transitioning into a support role, and will be responsible for resolving system issues, performing configurations, and providing expert guidance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Resolution: Provide L1/L2 support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests related to the specified SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, and ABAP.
System Configuration: Perform necessary configuration changes and customization within the modules to align with ongoing business requirements and best practices.
User Support & Training: Act as a liaison between the technical teams and business users. Provide end-user training and create comprehensive support documentation.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different SAP modules (e.g., FICO-MM, SD-PP).
Defect Management: Analyze, replicate, and document reported defects, working closely with functional and technical (ABAP) teams to apply fixes and enhancements.
Technical Liaison: Utilize basic ABAP skills (debugging/reading code) to analyze complex issues and collaborate effectively with ABAP developers for necessary modifications (RICEFW objects).
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5+ Years of total experience as an End User or Domain Expert in a relevant industry.
Minimum 1+ Year of dedicated experience as an SAP Support Consultant.
Technical Skills: Functional expertise in at least one primary module (FICO/MM/SD/PP/QM) and a strong understanding of the integration points with the other listed modules. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
